Fantastic Friday! Today, we took in a huge delivery of handmade knitted and crocheted blankets from our local Warm Welcome Team.
Each of these blankets, have not only been made with love, but donated with love to our pupils.
These have been distributed to each class to use as ‘reading blankets’ to not only encourage reading but to go outside for mindfulness.

The workshops depended on the ages of the class , but covered about ‘bouncing back’, taking care of our feelings, gratitude, acceptance, protecting myself (mind and body), the brain (calming the busy mind) and going for goals!
