Visit to Salisbury 2022
As part of the RE curriculum at St. Mark’s Primary School, Y6 visited Salisbury Cathedral in February. We were given a guided tour of the Cathedral and then took part in various activities. We watched what happens in the Eucharist (Holy Communion/Lord’s Supper) and learned about its symbolism for Christians. We enjoyed writing our own reflections and thoughts within a candle to be displayed back at school. It was a fabulous day!
