School Clubs – w/b 18th September – w/e 29th October

 

Dear Parents, Carers and Children,

Below are the clubs available for the first half term. We are pleased to be able to offer all of the clubs free of charge. Please discuss with your child which clubs they want to attend as commitment is important. Clubs will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please note that the family sessions will require a parent to attend with their child. To participate in the Cookery Club you will need to provide some ingredients. You will receive a text confirming the clubs your child has been accepted for. Please share this information with your child.

 

Lunchtime – 12.00 – 12.30 After School 3.15 – 4.15pm

KS2 Orienteering: SJ Yrs 4, 5 & 6 Girl’s Football: JG Yrs 5 & 6 Boys Football: JG (Max 20) Yrs 5 & 6 Survival Club: SJ (Max 10) EYFS & KS1 Art Club: JH

Tuesday

All Years Eco Club: SJ & ALR All Years Family Gardening Club: SJ Year 5 & 6 Cookery Club: LM

Wednesday

All Years Family Forest School: GC

Thursday

Yrs 3 & 4 Dance Club: MK

Friday

Yrs 3 & 4 Forest Schools: SJ Yrs 5 & 6 Netball: PD Yrs 3 & 4 Football: AJ Sports

Saturday

All Years Family Forest School Swanage School 10-12pm

 

Thank you for your support with our clubs, we know how much the children benefit from attending these. We are keen to extend our programme further next half term. If you know of any additional coaches in our area who would like to run a club at our school please ask them to get in touch with the school office.

· I give permission for my child to take part in these clubs and activities, supervised by school staff and / or sports coaches.

· I give permission for the School First Aid procedures to be followed in all school clubs arranged by the school.

· I will ensure that my child is collected at the end of the after school sessions unless written permission is provided to say that my child can walk home on their own (Year 4 upwards only)

· I understand that children will not be allowed to take place in clubs if their language or behaviour is unacceptable.

 

I have discussed the clubs with my child and they are willing to attend EVERY session unless there are exceptional circumstances.
